Porsche Cayman 2.7
The Porsche Cayman 2.7 is Porsche's new attempt to place their renown (for being cheap) cayman and give it a fresh overhaul. The 2.7 is the base version, coming in at 2.7 liters, so don't expect this car to race down the streets for a couple miles. Not like you would want to do that anyway, the police would hunt you down. But aside from that, it looks very pretty, in an aggressive sense. It has front-side vents that scream at you (not literally) and generally bigger vents, allowing for more cooling. But you don't just have these nice looking vents for a reason: they were made to keep the brand new engine in check. It has a new 271bhp engine, which is actually 10bhp up from the previous Cayman even though the size of the engine has decreased. The Cayman has a top speed of 165 miles an hour if you opt for manual, and has a 0-60 time of 5.6 seconds. These specifications do not ring instant supercar, but for the price of £39,694, it is in no way overpriced for what it offers. The only major problem with this car is practicality. For what reason would you go out and buy a Porsche for that kind of price when there are other small, cheaper town cars and hatchbacks which perform the daily job of going shopping and returning goods in one whole piece.
